SELF SERVICE RETURN & REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.
Undirect.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
General Returns
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the item has been made to your order specifications.
Return Process
- Submit a return request to Customer Service within 30 days of your order's shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
- Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
- Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
Note:
1) Get our prior knowledge before return the items.
2) Send pictures as required for confirmation.
3) Keep items in original condition before you require a return.If you are returning or exchanging items, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, it's our job to save your time and get the problem solved as soon as possible.
Returning for replacement and refund
Quality Issues:
1. Small flaws: If the item you received, have small flaws, but does not affect overall appearance, we suggest partial refund.
a. Send pictures as required for confirmation.
b. Once confirm, refund will in 3 days.
2. Quality issue: If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, Undirect.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product.
Exchange:
1) Get our prior knowledge before return the items .
2) Once we got the returned item, we will send you the new item, and we take the cost of resend shipping fee.
Refund:
1) Get our prior knowledge before return the items .
2) When we got the returned items, after check and confirm, full refund will be at once.
Mis-shipped products:
For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund
Color Errors:
If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a exchange or return for full refund within 3 days after you received the items. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
Size Errors: If the size of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a exchange or return for full refund within 3 days after you received the items.
Note:
1).When you return the item, please inform us the express company you use and tracking number as quickly as you can, shipping date usually 5-7 days.
2).When we got the returned item, we will check and confirm, if item was damaged on purpose, we are not responsible for return shipping fee and we will also charge you the shipping fee.
3).Return for exchange, we will begin process time until we got the returned item, total time( return and process and resend) will be about 2 weeks.
Non Quality, Color and Size Errors :
zIf customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 50% the full price (50% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee and restocking).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
Note:
- For Non Quality, Color and Size Errors, we are not responsible for return shipping fee.
- It will be much appreciate if you contact with our after sale customer service before you return the item.
- We won't accept refund for item had received past 7 days, (Non Quality, Color and Size Errors)
- All the process time(return and refund) about 10 days.

Canceling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.
Our Cancellations Policy:
1) For ordinary items(Before delivery))
Orders canceled within 2 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2) For pre-order items
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Note:
1) We appreciate it if you contact us as soon as possible of the cancellation.
2) We will arrange refund for your order, once your request was confirmed.
Clothing
Right size but not fit(For address)
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
