The bread is delicious when its just made. Its soft. You can eat it with this sausage and tomato sauce. It tastes good. Although the bread may be a little hard and tastes not so good when its cold, I think its much healthier than what I bought out. At least there arent so many additives. If the bread hardens and it really doesnt taste good, it can be baked into dry bread.

- 1 Strong flour 210g
- 2 yeast 4G
- 3 water 85g
- 4 sugar 30g
- 5 salt 1g
- 6 Egg 1
- 7 butter 20g
- 1 Prepare the material, mix yeast into the water and evenly, weigh the flour into two parts, one spare, one mix water, eggs, sugar, salt into the mixing evenly.

- 7 After the dough is fermented, the egg liquid is coated, the oven is preheated at 180 degrees, and the dough can be roasted for 15 minutes.
