A simple way to make bread

The bread is delicious when its just made. Its soft. You can eat it with this sausage and tomato sauce. It tastes good. Although the bread may be a little hard and tastes not so good when its cold, I think its much healthier than what I bought out. At least there arent so many additives. If the bread hardens and it really doesnt taste good, it can be baked into dry bread.

Food Material List

  • 1 Strong flour 210g
  • 2 yeast 4G
  • 3 water 85g
  • 4 sugar 30g
  • 5 salt 1g
  • 6 Egg 1
  • 7 butter 20g

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare the material, mix yeast into the water and evenly, weigh the flour into two parts, one spare, one mix water, eggs, sugar, salt into the mixing evenly.
  • 2 Combine the two flours and mix them evenly with a scraper.
  • 3 Lay a mat, sprinkle some flour on it, put the dough on it and knead it into a uniform dough.
  • 4 Then add the butter and knead it into a smooth dough.
  • 5 Divide the dough into 5 small pieces. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin and roll it into one piece and place it in a baking pan, one centimeter apart. (bread can be shaped according to ones preferences)
  • 6 Preheat the oven at 30 degrees and put the dough in it. Turn off the oven temperature after 10 minutes and let the dough ferment for 1 hour.
  • 7 After the dough is fermented, the egg liquid is coated, the oven is preheated at 180 degrees, and the dough can be roasted for 15 minutes.
