1 Big almond 2oz
2 water 15cup
3 sugar 1oz
4 Powdered sugar 2oz
5 corn syrup 120cup
6 Almonds chopped and roasted 15g
7 Dark Rum
8 Melt dark chocolate 20g
9 Melting dark chocolate 100g
10 Cranberry 20g
11 Kirschwasser
12 butter 5g

Operational steps
