Today, I brought my brother a shea butter shake. Although he didnt eat it, he let me create a beautiful food based on it. I remember that a friend of mine had cooked this dish before the bean fruit. Operational steps

1 Cut the avocado in half and wake up the butter core. (The butter core can be made into an avocado milkshake or an avocado fruit salad.) If you hit the avocado during the day, you can put the shell in the refrigerator first.
