Baked garlic

Vegetarian food in barbecue is my favorite. Baked garlic is soft, waxy and delicate. Its also very easy to do at home.
Food Material List
- 1 Garlic clove 25
- 2 salt 1 pinch
- 3 oil Few
Operational steps
- 1 Garlic grains are well strung and can be spread without a stick, but it is not convenient to spread oil and salt.
- 2 Brush with a layer of oil and brush both sides. The oven can be preheated. Fire up and down at 220 degrees. My cabinet temperature is 20 degrees higher, the actual furnace has 240 degrees, in theory 220-240 is no problem.

- 4 Put in the preheated oven, the upper 220 degrees for 10 minutes. My oven is 20 degrees higher. I baked for 7 minutes, and the effect is the same.
