- 1 Buy ready-made spiced tofu shreds, usually in places where tofu is sold. To taste the salt, decide how much salt to put afterwards. Just disconnect the shredded tofu.
- 2 Some places are big supermarkets, others are small vegetable markets.
- 3 Cut pea seedlings into small segments
- 4 Soak pea seedlings in hot water for 7-8 minutes
- 5 The most important step is to squeeze onion oil. I squeeze onion oil to improve the flavor of many cold vegetables. Method: Cut onion into slices and press with a little pepper.
