Beef in Brown Sauce fun

Sauced beef is a meat dish made every Spring Festival. It is simple and delicious. It can be cooked with cold wine or beef noodles. It is practical and delicious.
- 1 Three or four pieces of beef tendon meat are boiled in a cold underwater pot, boiled and drained.
