Operational steps

- 7 Pour a small amount of protein into the yolk and stir it from bottom to top. Never stir it in circles. Use a rubber scraper or wooden spoon to stir manually.
- 8 Pour the remaining protein into the egg juice and continue to mix from bottom to top. At this time, the egg juice should remain very light and do not defoam.
- 9 The previously sifted flour is quickly poured into the egg juice and stirred from bottom to top until even.
- 10 Pour the batter on the baking paper and prepare it for the oven. If you have a framed bag at home and are interested in challenging it, you can put your egg paste in a framed bag and walk in a rectangle on baking paper in the shape of the S letter. Thats what I did, because I didnt draw well, so I shook off the grill, and the waves on the egg paste disappeared... - 11 In a preheated oven at 185 degrees C, heat up and down, bake for 10-one or tow centimeters, medium.

- 14 The baked bread is taken out and laid on the opposite side of another baking paper, like a sandwich biscuit, and then the baking paper is uncovered. If it doesnt work, you can wipe the baking paper with a towel dipped in cold water, and then you can uncover it.
- 15 Geely tablets are soaked in brandy for a while, then heated and stirred in a small pot after they begin to swell, until they turn into a liquid.
- 16 Thats about it.
- 17 Start whipping light cream quickly, dont whisk it completely, stop when its still thin.
- 18 Pour the gelatin solution into the butter and stir gently, but stir well, otherwise all the gelatin solution will sink directly, so add slowly and stir gently.
- 19 The butter stays for a while until its completely sticky. If it is not thick enough, it must be refrigerated in the refrigerator for a while. Otherwise, when it rolls up, the butter will all spill over.

Tips
1. No. C material is not allowed to stir in circles when it is stirred by hand. It must be turned upside down. 2.
