Braised beef brisket Wokang Camellia oil

I received Wokang Camellia Oil a year ago. Its just such a healthy oil for New Years Eve dinner! Today I cooked a big meal for New Years Eve!
Food Material List
- 1 Sirloin 1000g
- 2 Bean paste 3 scoops
- 3 Cinnamon, star anise Appropriate amount
- 4 Fructus Amomi 3
- 5 Ginger slices Appropriate amount
- 6 Dried pepper Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Blanch the brisket beforehand and cut it into pieces with a knife!
- 2 Cool oil in hot pot, pour in proper amount of Camellia oil.
- 3 Stir-fry all ingredients in a pan until fragrant!
- 4 Stir-fry the beef brisket until golden brown on both sides. Add cooking wine in turn. Sauce regularly. Stir-fry a little vinegar continuously.
- 5 After uniform coloring, add bean paste and stir-fry slightly.
- 6 Add enough boiling water at one time. When the fire is boiled, turn to medium and small heat and simmer slowly. After about two hours, the brisket will rot. It can be eaten with salt and seasoning.
- 7 This is a big meal for New Years Eve!
