Operational steps
- 1 Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.
- 2 Cut beef into pieces and cook in a cold water pan for 2 minutes after boiling.
- 3 Remove the beef and rinse the surface with cold water.
- 4 Pour oil into the pan, heat the potatoes and simmer for 2 minutes, then stir-fry the beef. Sprinkle some soy sauce and color, remove the fishiness of rice wine and season with salt.
