This is a fast-hand, rice cooker delicacy. It is nutritious and easy to operate. Replace part of rice with quinoa, increase fiber and reduce calories.

Food Material List

  • 1 Thigh 1 (about 160g)
  • 2 Mushrooms 4 flower
  • 3 Carrot One (about 100g)
  • 4 rice 150g
  • 5 Quinoa 50g
  • 6 Chopped green onion
  • 7 Ginger powder
  • 8 salt Appropriate amount
  • 9 starch
  • 10 Salad oil 10ml

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash mushrooms and carrots and cut them into pieces.
