Operational steps
- 1 A bag of anchovy lip, thaw in warm water, then wash and drain. (Note: I forgot to take this picture. This one is online, with a discount sign on it. Ill take a look at it!)
- 2 Cut small red pepper into circles, ginger into slices, garlic into dices.
- 3 Shredded onion
- 4 Pour half a pan of oil into the frying pan and cook over high heat until 80% is hot.
- 5 Pour in the fish lip, change to medium heat, and fry until the skin is brown.
- 6 Remove the filtered dry oil
- 7 Leave a small amount of oil in the frying pan, add red pepper, ginger, garlic and stir-fry.
- 8 Add two spoons of salt, one spoon of bean paste, one spoon of chopped pepper paste, a large pot of spatula vinegar, pour into a small pot of water, and evenly, after the big fire is boiled, change to a small fire, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- 9 When the water is half-dry, add chicken essence and pepper powder, then pour in a small amount of water starch, and finally close the fire. Sprinkle onions on the dish when loading.
