Food Material List
- 1 mutton 500g
- 2 rice 500g
- 3 Carrot Appropriate amount
- 4 onion Appropriate amount
- 5 Ginger and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Appropriate amount

Operational steps
- 1 Soak the rice for 30 minutes. I added red rice and soaked it a little longer.
- 2 Cut mutton into pieces and boil it.
- 3 Cut onions into pieces and set aside.
