Operational steps

  • 1 Make a pot of boiling water, put a few peppers and two pieces of ginger in it. Blanch the washed pork until it turns white. The main purpose is to get rid of the fishy smell and pour out the water.

Tips

1. When blanching, wait for water to boil and then put meat
2. When stewing with water, heat water or boil water
to relax the meat. Otherwise, when adding cold water, the meat will be tightened. Not bad.
3. Personal experience, sweet is better, so put more sugar and soy sauce.
