Braised salmon

How can all kinds of illumination be let go? Charm need not be explained – only know that every time will be repeated licking the dish action (,) nonsense not much, start! Do you remember to cook more rice?

Food Material List

  • 1 Salmon 350g
  • 2 Ginger (mud) 1.5 scoops
  • 3 shoyu 3.5 scoops
  • 4 Mirin 2 scoops
  • 5 Honey 2 scoops

Operational steps

  • 1 Clean salmon, dry water and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

  • 2 Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

  • 3 Salmon is marinated in a mixed sauce for at least 2 hours, and of course overnight is the best.

  • 4 Brush a thin layer of olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the salmon (skin down) and fry it over a small fire, or it cant be too big. The sauce contains sugar which is easy to scorch. Remember to turn it over.

  • 5 After turning over and frying for a few minutes, pour the remaining light-boiled sauce in the bowl ~pour the sauce on the salmon without stopping spoon ~add water to adjust if the sauce is too thick.

  • 6 Finally, fish out the salmon and collect the sauce in the pot to a proper concentration (dont dry it too much, its also very good to leave some rice to soak).

  • 7 Pour sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, take photos and start OvO!
