Food Material List
- 1 Cauliflower Small half
- 2 Broccoli Small half
- 3 Tomatoes Two
- 1 Cut the cauliflower, broccoli, tomato into small pieces, cut ginger into shreds, garlic into foam, and onion into flowers.
- 2 Pour the cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry onion and ginger for 7 minutes. Pour cauliflower and broccoli into the pan. Add salt and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add a little water and stir-fry until 9 minutes are ripe. Set aside.
- 3 Pour in tomatoes, stir-fry for 30 seconds, pour in water, no more than tomatoes, make tomato juice, add a little salt, soft-cooked tomatoes into super-good cauliflower and broccoli, mix well, soak, about a minute, pour garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds, you can smell garlic fragrance, then there is a little sauce in the pot, turn off the fire and serve.
