  • 1 Strong flour 250g
  • 2 Clean water 100g
  • 3 Unsalted Butter 30g
  • 4 Dry yeast 5g
  • 5 salt 3G
  • 6 Berry sugar 25g
  • 7 Powdered Milk 10g
  • 8 Yolk 1

Operational steps
