Since baking, I have always liked to try healthy formula. I like the taste of hand-torn bread because so much butter dare not do it. I saw that the formula of hand-torn bread without butter is very interesting. Just because there are some homemade yogurt at home, I improved the formula by myself and added some mashed potatoes. As a result, I made it. The bread is very soft. The next day when you tear it by hand, the drawing is great. Its refreshing and not greasy.

Food Material List

  • 1 High gluten powder 250g
  • 2 Homemade yogurt 150g
  • 3 White granulated sugar 30g
  • 4 Egg 1
  • 5 Corn oil (for kneading) 20g

Operational steps
