- 1 milk 500g
- 2 butter 35g
- 3 Vanilla flavor 5 drops
- 4 Egg 2
- 5 Yolk
Operational steps
- 1 Heat milk and butter in a small pot over medium heat until boiling. Turn off the heat and stir slightly.
- 2 Mix eggs, yolk, flour, sugar and salt evenly.
- 3 Milk butter is added to step 2 egg batter three times, each time it is stirred evenly with an egg beater, and no batter is allowed.
- 4 Add rum to batter, stir well, cover with fresh-keeping film, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 5 Bake at 250 degrees for 6 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Continue baking for 50-60 minutes.

Tips
