My girlfriend came thousands of miles to make this cake for her boyfriends birthday, so I had the chance to ~~In my cake, I believe youll get the taste of the shop!

Food Material List

  • 1 Cream cheese 188g
  • 2 Berry sugar 75g
  • 3 butter 75g
  • 4 Yolk 75g
  • 5 corn starch Thirty-eight
  • 6 Pure milk, light cream 90, 90
  • 7 Fresh lime juice 23g

Operational steps

  • 1 Take a 7-inch cake mold with a circular bottom and apply a thin layer of butter (outside the portion) on both the bottom and the inner wall. Then pour the crushed digestive cake, heat the butter in the auxiliary material with water, and evenly pour into the crushed cake. Mix well with a spoon, press it flat and compact, and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.

  • 2 Whisk the cream cheese in a blender until smooth and granular. Then add the fine granulated sugar in succession, stirring the sugar until it is even several times before, and stirring it until it melts at the last time.

  • 7 Then pour the cake paste into the mould. Put in the baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven by water bath. Bake at 190/190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then at 170/170 degrees Celsius. It takes about 65 to 70 minutes in total. Till the surface is slightly burnt yellow.
  • 8 Cool after discharge, then freeze in refrigerator until solidification before demoulding. Finally you can decorate it with fruit.
