Caramel Almond Crisp

Food Material List

  • 1 butter 120g
  • 2 Powdered sugar 50g
  • 3 Yolk 2
  • 4 Low gluten powder 250g
  • 5 butter 40g
  • 6 White granulated sugar 25g
  • 7 Unsalted butter 50g
  • 8 Honey 20g
  • 9 Almond slices 80g

Operational steps

  • 1 Butter is softened with sugar powder and whipped with an egg beater to make it white and fluffy.
  • 2 Add egg yolk and beat well.
  • 3 Sift in low gluten flour and knead into dough. Wrap the film and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
