Food Material List
- 1 butter 120g
- 2 Powdered sugar 50g
- 3 Yolk 2
- 4 Low gluten powder 250g
- 5 butter 40g
- 6 White granulated sugar 25g
- 7 Unsalted butter 50g
- 8 Honey 20g
- 9 Almond slices 80g
Operational steps
- 1 Butter is softened with sugar powder and whipped with an egg beater to make it white and fluffy.
- 2 Add egg yolk and beat well.
- 3 Sift in low gluten flour and knead into dough. Wrap the film and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- 4 Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it on an A4-sized oil-absorbing paper. Roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
- 5 Put some holes in the face with toothpick or fork, and put one side into the oven to swell excessively.
- 6 After the oven is preheated, place the dough in the middle and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- 7 Bring light butter, sugar, honey and butter to a boil. Turn off the fire and add almond slices. Stir well.
- 8 Remove the dough from the oven and pour the almond skin evenly over the dough.
- 9 Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Discharge, cool down, cut into pieces and load plate, finish.
