- 2 Chestnut 200g
- 1 Chicken (slaughtered by the shopkeeper) is cut into pieces and washed.
- 2 Boiled chestnuts and shelled them.
- 3 Clean the chicken with clean water after it is hot in the oil pan. Add ginger slices and patted garlic. Stir-fry the chicken over low heat and pour it into the chicken nuggets. Turn to medium heat.
- 4 Stir-fry the sugar until no water vapor. Stir-fry the wine for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the chestnuts.
- 5 Pour in the prepared mixture of raw, old and white pepper.
- 6 Stir-fry until colored. Pour into boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes (with a shovel in the middle).
