Food Material List

1 Egg 3
2 milk 50ml
3 Low-gluten flour 60ml
4 sugar 70g
5 starch 1g
6 Corn oil 45g
7 Powdered Milk at will
8 Red bean paste 50g

Operational steps

1 Separate egg yolk from egg white
2 Start the egg whites and start adding 25 grams of sugar to the foam.

9 After cooling, remove the grease paper.
10 Pour it back on the grease paper, spread jam or other fillings, and roll it up.
11 Fixed for a while and used the section.
12 Sift milk powder on the cake surface
