Operational steps
- 1 Boil the vermicelli in a boiling pot until they are eight ripe. Remove the vermicelli and put them in cold water for a while.
- 2 Wash and cut cabbage into shreds. Add oil and scallion to the pan. Add cabbage and salt to stir-fry until soup comes out. Add a little sauce and stir-fry with vermicelli.
