Food Material List

1 Chicken middle wing 14
2 soy sauce 2 tablespoons
3 Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
4 Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
5 Red pepper 3
6 Sichuan Pepper More than a dozen
7 Garlic 4 valves
8 sugar 1 teaspoon

Operational steps

1 Wash chicken wings with two knives on the back for convenience
2 Add 1 tablespoon of liquor and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (the spoon in the picture is my spoon ~)
3 Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 Shredded red pepper and put it in with pepper
5 Chop garlic and add in ~1 teaspoon of sugar~
6 Grasp, knead and knead for a few minutes ~cover with fresh-keeping film ~put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
7 The chicken wings are set on the grill web and covered with tin paper under the grill. Oil and juice

9 Brush honey water on the opposite side too. No skin on the reverse side. No oil on the back side. Bake for 10-15 minutes.~
