Chocolate lava cake vampette

I want to eat chocolate cake very much. Theres still a little light butter and cocoa powder left at home to use quickly. So lets do it.
Food Material List
- 1 butter 100g
- 2 Dark chocolate 80g
- 3 Egg 3
- 4 Unsalted butter 80ml
- 5 Low-gluten flour 50g
- 6 Brown sugar 60g
- 7 Cocoa powder A few
Operational steps
- 1 First prepare the ingredients, cut the butter into small pieces and sift the flour.
- 2 After melting 10g butter, apply a thin layer on the wall of the bowl and then sprinkle some cocoa powder. This step is mainly anti-sticking and easy demoulding.

- 7 Pour the batter into a mould bowl and refrigerate for half an hour.
- 8 Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes or so, take out the cooling, and then reverse demould, sprinkle sugar powder, you can eat.
- 9 Chocolate lava cakes should be eaten while they are hot. The pulp will be sucked in after a long time, and the taste will be poor.
