Christmas bread stolen

Stolen is a traditional German Christmas bread. Compared with ordinary bread, its formula increases the proportion of butter and eggs, and adds a lot of dried fruit with wine stains.   • 4 butter 80g
  • 5 Egg Two about 110G
  • 6 Berry sugar 35g
  • 7 yeast 3G
  • 8 salt 2G
  • 9 water 75g (depending on the water absorption of flour and the humidity of local weather)
  • 10 B:
  • 11 Mixed dried fruit 120g (optional)
  • 12 RUM 80ml
  • 13 C:
  • 14 butter Appropriate amount
  • 15 Powdered sugar Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Mixed fruits were dried and chopped, soaked in rum for 7 days, and drained.
