1 Egg 4
2 Low-gluten flour 80g
3 xylitol 40g
4 milk 40g
5 Vegetable oil 40g

Operational steps

1 Separation of egg white and yolk. Add 15g xylitol to the yolk and stir well without beating. Add milk, vegetable oil and mix well.

10 Middle oven, 170 degrees, 25 minutes.
11 Discharge. The whole room smells good. For the first time, the cake shrank slightly. Improve slowly~
