Operational steps

1 Mould anti-sticking treatment, the inside of the mould coated with a layer of salad oil (salad oil 3ml + coconut 15g), then sprinkled with coconut, and then poured out the surplus coconut.

5 Egg yolk batter and protein are mixed evenly, poured into the mould, gently knocked a few times, so that the air bubbles in the batter are discharged. Put it in the middle and lower layers of the oven and heat it up and down for about four or five centimeters.
6 Take it out immediately after baking, and put it upside down on the baking net. Remove the mould after cooling.

Tips

1. Coconut milk is added to make coconut taste more intense. If not, it can be replaced by milk or coconut powder mixed with water.
