Coffee Cream Cupcake

On my colleagues birthday, I ordered cupcakes. This is the first order in my life. Super excitement, but also has been studying how to eat the best cake billet. Food Material List

1 Egg 2
2 Low powder 45g
3 Berry sugar 40g
4 Coffee powder A tablespoon
5 Warm water 30g
6 Vegetable oil 25g

Operational steps

1 Add coffee powder to water and stir well.
2 Add 10 grams of granulated sugar to the yolk and stir well. Pour in vegetable oil and stir it upside down.
3 Pour the coffee into the yolk and stir it upside down.
4 Sift in starch and mix well from bottom to top.
5 Add a few drops of vinegar to the egg white, add sugar three times, beat until dry foaming. The egg beater is lifted with upright sharp horns.
6 Add the egg yolk paste in three times, then cut and mix evenly.
7 Mix the batter into a paper cup and fill it with seven cents.
8 Paper cup in oven, 150 degrees, middle, about 35 minutes.
9 Light butter and sugar, ice-proof water beaten to the hardness of mounting flowers.
10 Put the butter in the mounting bag and squeeze the cake from the outside to the inside with an 8-tooth flower mouth.
11 Decorate the sides with sugar needles.

Tips

I use white coffee, so the color is light. I can also use Mocha coffee. Protein should be beaten to dry foam. Shock several times when you leave the oven so that the cake wont collapse easily.
