Food Material List

1 Beef tenderloin 200g
2 Red pepper Half
3 Orange or lemon Half
4 Purple cabbage One
5 Pine nut 50g

Operational steps

1 Cut beef, bell pepper and mushroom into 1 cm or so grains and prune purple cabbage for use.
