Corn sausage hot dog bread

Yesterday, I made a cheese bag, with some light butter left. I was reluctant to throw it away, so I tried making corn sausage bread. When I did this, I found that I forgot to take pictures of the first two steps. I could just use the picture of yesterdays cheese bag. I was also quite casual. Ha-ha.

Food Material List

1 High gluten powder 270g
2 Low gluten powder 30g
3 butter 30g
4 Unsalted butter 30g
5 milk 120g
6 protein 1 only
7 White granulated sugar 35g
8 salt 3G
9 Mayonnaise Few
10 Ketchup Few
11 Shuanghui Corn Sausage 8 roots
12 Yolk 1 only
13 yeast 3G

Operational steps

1 Mix all dough ingredients except butter to form a smooth dough.
2 Add butter and knead until you can pull out the glove film (my Heidegger cook machine took 40 minutes)
3 Fermentation in a warm place until dough is doubled
4 Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into eight equal parts. Wake up for 15 minutes in the middle.
5 Take a dough and knead it into a strip.
6 Grow in circles in bread moulds with corn sausage embedded in the middle
7 Secondary Fermentation to Full Mold
8 The oven is 180 degrees and preheated for 10 minutes. Top the bread with mayonnaise and tomato sauce
9 Place in the middle of the oven, 180 degrees, 20 minutes, and the delicious hot dog bread will be finished.~~
