Food Material List

1 Strong flour 460g
2 rye flour 80g
3 Brown sugar 60g
4 Boiling water 100ml
5 Normal temperature water 330ML
6 yeast 6g
7 salt 5g
8 butter 30g
9 Dried fruit 100g

Operational steps
