Crab-flavored scrambled eggs (it tastes amazing)

This dish is suitable for people to eat when there are many people, because we need to use several eggs. If two people eat 7 or 8, its a little Doha. It tastes amazing. Friends say they havent eaten it like this. It tastes like crabs, because I created it myself. Of course I havent eaten it. Ha-ha

Food Material List

  • 1 Egg Six Starts
  • 2 garlic Half Head-One Head

Operational steps

  • 1 Cook the eggs, peel them, cut them into 4-6 pieces, cool them and set aside.
    Half garlic foam for spare.
  • 2 Oil in the pan into about 4 peppers, half of the garlic powder (like spicy childrens shoes can put a small dry pepper), stir-fry out the fragrance.
  • 3 Put in the cut cooked eggs and stir them gently. Dont make any effort.
  • 4 When the egg white is golden, add the remaining garlic foam, salt and stir-fry for a few times. Till evenly wrapped with seasoning, the color is half golden.
  • 5 Sprinkle a little black pepper before going out of the pot (pepper you dont like can omit this step)

Tips

1. Eggs must be cooled, otherwise easy to disperse
2, pepper pepper family choose to put, but remember not too much, otherwise it will overwhelm the taste of the eggs themselves
3, do not stir-fry hard
