Food Material List
- 1 flour 200g
- 2 Vegetable oil Appropriate amount
- 3 Edible salt Appropriate amount
- 4 Flavoring Appropriate amount
- 5 Chopped green onion Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 First step, mix flour with warm water a little, add a little water and knead for a meeting. Do not pour water into flour at one time. Till the flour is kneaded into a ball, the dough needs to be kneaded softer. I added an egg to the flour. The dough was better coloured. I put it aside and waked up. I remember to cover it with a lid so that the dough would not dry.
- 2 Make crispy, enlarge about two ceramic spoons of flour in a bowl, add salt and seasoning to the flour, mix well. The vegetable oil is heated in a pot. Fill the oil in a bowl bit by bit with a shovel. Mix the oil and flour evenly, as shown in the figure
- 3 Roll the dough into a round cake. It doesnt need to be too thin. Spread the pastry on it. Sprinkle some onions if you eat onions. It tastes more fragrant.
- 4 Roll the dough cake from side to center, twist it into twisted twists, stand the twists and press them into a ball.
- 5 Roll the dough into a big cake. Its about two millimeters thick.
- 6 Pour proper amount of oil into the pan. Make sure there is oil on the wall of the pan. Heat the oil. Put the cake into the pan and fry it over a small fire. Turn it over in time.
- 7 The fragrant crispy cake is out of the pot. Its not carefully fried in the middle, but it doesnt affect the taste. Lets go. Lets start up
