Food Material List

  • 1 Corn flour 250g
  • 2 milk 100ml
  • 3 Sugar 25g
  • 4 Condensed milk 20ml
  • 5 Egg 1
  • 6 Powdered Milk 15g
  • 7 salt 3G
  • 8 yeast 3G
  • 9 butter 45g
  • 10 Egg Wash Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Put all the ingredients except butter in the bread machine (I use bread machine and noodles all the way)
    and put yeast and milk in the end. The milk should be heated to about 40 degrees, which can help yeast ferment well.
  • 2 Automatic dough mixing for 20 minutes, when the dough is smooth and tendons begin to emerge, butter (no melting, just put it in);

If you are not satisfied, brush the egg liquid again 20 minutes later and adjust the temperature of the oven. To 150, the bottom plate can be properly lowered to avoid too dry, and continue to bake for 5 minutes!
