I bought two grass carp. I cooked soup and ate one yesterday. I wanted to keep a red-roasted one. As a result, I baked biscuits in the evening. It was too late. So I decided to make a roast fish to eat. Its really good. The seasoning tastes good. Its not fishy at all. Its better than the barbecue stand.
