Everyones family has different taste of dumplings. The dumplings made by my mother are the best. The dumplings stuffed with leek are the most popular ones in my family. Sometimes shrimps are put in, sometimes conch, fish, clams, sausages and scallops are available. The dumplings with seafood are very delicious, and leek is not needed to put onions. Ginger, no more high-end perfume than chives, so onion, ginger and garlic do not need to be put at all! Believe me, it tastes better than onion, ginger and garlic.

Food Material List
