Operational steps

  • 1 Because you cant buy the bean paste stuffing, you start with the bean paste stuffing (which is provided by your mother).   • 5 Pour some glutinous rice flour on the cutting board, knead the dough into balls and put them on the cutting board (and start talking nonsense...). Flatten the dough balls and put them into a proper amount of bean paste filling. One hand pulls the flattened dough, the other hand pushes upward from all sides to wrap the bean paste filling, forming a ball, and then wrap the dough filling with bean paste. Squeeze the ball and fry it in the pot. OK.~
