I havent rubbed noodles since I had a bread machine. Is it lazy to make bread noodles or steamed steamed bread noodles with dumplings? Ha ha ha! But the lazy man changed the formula given by the bread machine and created a unique formula for soft sweet bread. It tastes great! The butter in the original formula is healthier when replaced with olive oil; the light cream is left over for other things, probably because it tastes better with it! _____________

1 Xinliang high gluten powder 300g
2 sugar 50g
3 Olive oil 30g
4 Unsalted butter 25ml
5 water 130ml
6 salt 3G
7 Dry yeast 4G

Operational steps

1 Water, eggs, oil, light cream, salt, flour, sugar and yeast are added to the bread barrel in turn. Actually, I dont add them in that strict order. I just separate the salt and yeast from flour because yeasts activity decreases when it comes to salt in advance.
