- 1 Lamian Noodles Appropriate or hand-cut
- 2 Snow pea Some
- 3 Egg 2
Operational steps
- 1 Boil water in the pot, boil noodles, dont boil for too long. It takes half a minute to a minute to boil the pot, then immediately pick it up, stir it in cold water, and then drain the water in the basket.
- 2 Heat the oil in another pan, add garlic and chili noodles to make them fragrant. Make sure the heat is low, otherwise the chili noodles will be pasted. Then stir-fry the Dutch beans over high heat.
- 3 Pour the dried noodles in, stir-fry them back and forth with salt and chicken essence. Stir-fry them with chopsticks. Its not easy to stick to the pot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or so and serve.
