When I was in my hometown in Hunan, I didnt feel like having fried rice with eggs. In every city of Hunan, fried rice with eggs can be found in street stalls, buffets and even five-star hotels. But since I came to the countryside of Yantai, it has become a luxury to want fried rice with eggs. In fact, I often fry, but I dont know whether its rice or more water when I cook. Every time I want to cook my own rice, the old man cooks the rice and water in the pot before I do it. Countless times want to say let me cook, but also afraid of hurting the old mans heart, has been enduring. Actually, I said it euphemistically many times. I like to eat rice with less water and harder. But they have been doing it in proportion to them. Every time I stir-fried eggs and rice are sticky, wet and dry. It is also possible that I eat in Hunan is fragrant rice, in Yantai, they eat northeast rice, so they can not scramble eggs and fried rice. Ouch ~sad life! When I had dinner last night, I always thought the rice was hard. Only when asked did they know that they put less rice in cooking than usual, so they put less water in cooking.
