I always like to eat egg tarts, but when I buy them out, they are always cold. This recipe is very simple and wont fail. Oh, but I forgot to take pictures and cry for the first recipe.

Food Material List

  • 1 Egg tart skin 12
  • 2 Pure milk 150ml
  • 3 Unsalted butter 150ml
  • 4 sugar 60ml
  • 5 Yolk Three

Operational steps
