Food Material List

1 Glutinous rice flour 150g
2 Wheat flour 20g
3 White sesame 30g
4 Egg Yolk Lotus Rong Moon Cake 1 (about 125 g)

Operational steps

1 Screening glutinous rice flour;

13 Heat oil in a small pot to 160 degrees. Put sesame balls in it. Deep-fry for 1 minute over high heat. Turn to medium heat and deep-fry until golden.
