Egg yolk meat dumplings

This weekend is the Dragon Boat Festival. Yesterday, I made some mini sweet dumplings at noon and some egg yolk and meat dumplings at night. I still like to eat salty dumplings. I like to put in skinned pork! Beyond addiction!

Food Material List

1 Glutinous rice 800g
2 Streaky pork 500g
3 Salted Egg Yolk 10

Operational steps

1 The purchased pork is cleaned and cut into strips.

17 This is the wrapped dumplings.
