Operational steps
- 1 Skeleton the meat, slap it with the back of the knife and cut it into slices.
- 2 Place the steaks in a pot, add 3 tablespoons of onion, ginger, salt, two eggs and wine. Mix with proper amount of water clockwise until the water is absorbed by the meat (tender water). Stir with 3 tablespoons of raw meal clockwise. Still mix clockwise, the raw meal can not be added until there is no water in the pot.
- 3 Deep-fry in a large frying pan until slightly yellowish. Remove it. (Dont fry too old, but cook in the back.)
- 4 After pouring the fried oil into the container, pour tomato sauce into the pot, boil over high heat, add a spoon of cooking wine and three spoons of sugar. When turning small bubbles in the pan, you can pour the fried meat strips into the pan. Stir-fry and let the meat strips roll fully in the ketchup. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pot.
Tips
The ketchup I use is rather sweet in bottles. If you prefer sour tomato sauce that can be tinned, its cheaper.
When fried, I was with my father, one of the lower row, one of the fried, if the action is slow, it is recommended to use medium fire.
