Food Material List

  • 1 Glutinous rice 500g
  • 2 sugar 100g
  • 3 lard 50g
  • 4 bean-paste filling 150g
  • 5 Red dates Appropriate amount
  • 6 Lotus seed Appropriate amount
  • 7 Raisins Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for about 2 hours. Remove and drain it. Steam it at 100 degrees for about 20 minutes. Pour steamed rice into a bowl and mix sugar, lard, dates, lotus seeds and raisins evenly.

  • 2 Take a bowl, put a layer of lard around the bowl, and put jujubes on the bottom.

  • 3 Put a layer of glutinous rice in the middle, add bean paste stuffing, cover with a layer of glutinous rice, put it in the steaming box, steam 100 degrees for 25 minutes or so.
