  • 12 Cream cheese 100g
  • 13 Yogurt 100g
  • 14 Sugar (3) 40g
  • 15 Diced fruit (strawberries, oranges, blueberries, etc.) Some

Operational steps

  • 1 Cake: < br /> egg yolk and sugar (1) whisk aside;

  • 2 Cake:
    whipping protein, adding sugar (2) in succession, then mixing with step 1, stirring slightly;

  • 3 Cake:
    cinnamon powder, almond powder, corn starch and flour are mixed and slowly added into whipped protein and egg yolk three times, stirring well.

  • 4 Cake: < br /> lemon green, diced apple and shredded carrot are mixed. Add the batter in step 3 and stir well.

  • 5 The cake < br /> was filled with 9% of the mould and baked at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

  • 6 Sauce & Decoration:
    Cream Cheese and Sugar (3) Mix well, add yogurt in succession, and refrigerate for later use.

  • 7 Sauce & Decoration:
    Apply the sauce to the top of the cake after the cake is cooled and decorate with your favorite fruit.
