Akishis home dish – fried shredded pork with agaric fungus

Auricularia auricula is not tasty and biting. It is often boiled out of nowhere. How does Mr. Aki cook it?

Food Material List

  • 1 Black fungus 150g
  • 2 Flammulina velutipes 75g
  • 3 Chili shredded 1 tablespoon
  • 4 Ginger silk 1 tablespoon
  • 5 Celery powder 1 tablespoon
  • 6 Egg skin silk 35g
  • 7 pork fillet 100g
  • 8 Chicken broth 150cc

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the black fungus off the pedicle, roll it up and cut into shreds. Cut the Flammulina velutipes in pairs. Crush the tofu milk and mix it with the broth.
  • 2 Cut the inner muscles upside down. Add egg juice, cornmeal, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of broth. Mix well. Oil 140 degrees for 10 seconds and remove the spare.
  • 3 In the same pot, filter the dry oil, stir-fry ginger and chili shreds, then stir-fry black fungus and Flammulina velutipes. After the broth is cooked, stir-fry seasonings, shredded meat and shredded egg skin. Stir-fry celery in the pot.

Tips

1. The meat is salted first and then oiled. The tender meat is more delicious.
2. Seasoning with tofu curd, it is salty and smooth!
