  • 1 Celery 150g
  • 2 Sour cabbage 100g
  • 3 Scallion 5g
  • 4 Garlic 5g
  • 5 Chili shredded 5g

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut pickles into thin shreds and set aside.
  • 2 Cut celery into 3 cm segments and set aside. Squid should be cut in pairs but not cut off. Squid meat should be cut inside with a grille knife.
